To be performed at 70 Springdale Dr. Kingston, RI for Amy Lloyd
Scope
Stain all trim to match existing adjacent windows using contractor provided dark walnut stain. Contrary to our previous plan, this proposed stain will dry faster than standard stain allowing me to make fewer trips with each being more productive.
Sand and Skim smooth 2 large closets and 2 small closets. Prime and paint.
This price includes the rental of our Air scrubber for the week, to be picked up on Friday when closets are painted. The air scrubber will clean foreign particulates that may get into the air during working despite best efforts with the HEPA vacuum use. It’s primary function, however, is the removal of VOC’s via the carbon filter in the air scrubber.
Timeline: 3 Working Days – 5 Days Total
Day 1 | Monday: Stain all trim, Sand and skim 2 large closets and 2 small closets, apply first coat of polyurethane to trim.
Day 2 | Tuesday: Apply a second skim coat to closets, Sand trim using HEPA filter vacuum and apply final poly coat, sand closets with HEPA filter vacuum. To expedite the drying process between closet coats, air blowers will be used.
Day 3 | Friday: Prime the closets and paint to full coverage.
